Arranging Celebratory Messages

You can make arrangements for anniversary messages between six and two months before the celebration. You can request a belated message up to six months after the birthday or wedding anniversary has passed.

In order to process this request, please be prepared to provide documentation to establish:

  • For wedding anniversaries: full names of both people, dates of birth for both people, current address, place of marriage and date of marriage; and
  • For birthdays: full name of recipient, current address, place of birth, and date of birth.

If you did not receive a message from The Queen for your 60th wedding anniversary or 100th birthday you can request a message for the next occasion (i.e. your 61st wedding anniversary or 101st birthday). After the 60th or 61st wedding anniversary, or 100th or 101st birthday, the next opportunity to receive an anniversary message from The Queen will be your 65th wedding anniversary or 105th birthday.
