The Liberals have legislation currently in the Parliament that would see a $44 billion increase in income tax for seven million low- and middle-income earners.

That’s a fact, at odds with Scott Morrison’s claim this morning:

“What we will be doing is delivering medium-income tax relief as soon as we can…”

The Liberals’ tax hikes will hit people earning as little as $21,000 a year.

At the same time, Turnbull and Co are pushing ahead with a $65 billion tax cut for multinationals and the big banks.

Under Turnbull and the Liberals, the top end of town gets tax cuts and those who work and struggle pay more.
