Today in Question Time the Prime Minister said “net debt under this Government is coming down”.

The truth is that net debt has more than doubled under the Liberals to a record $399 billion.

Net debt has climbed by $104 million a day on the Liberals’ watch.

The Prime Minister is loose with the truth on the record levels of Government debt.

Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg are presiding over the highest levels of Government debt in Australian history.

It is time Scott Morrison stopped playing political games and started being honest with the Australian people about the record debt that has accumulated on his watch.
